Labour scope, access to the site, and coordination with other trades can also impact pricing. Clear drawings and specifications help ensure accurate and competitive quotes.

Do you have insurance and bonding for your projects?

Yes, I carry full liability insurance and maintain active WorkSafeBC coverage to ensure all work is protected and compliant. Bonding can be arranged if required, depending on the project scope.

What is your process for estimating project costs?

I review project drawings, specifications, and site conditions to understand the full scope of work. From there, I calculate labour requirements and identify any factors that may impact pricing. This ensures a clear, accurate, and transparent estimate with no surprises.

Do you offer financing or payment plans for construction services?

Financing is not typically offered. Payment terms are discussed upfront and are based on the scope and duration of the project. For larger projects, progress payments can be arranged to align with key milestones.

How do you handle cost overruns during a project?

Cost overruns are minimized through careful planning and clear communication from the start. If unexpected changes or additional work arise, I discuss them with the client right away and provide transparent pricing before proceeding. No extra work is done without approval.

Can you provide post-construction maintenance services?

Yes, I offer post-construction services such as touch-ups, repairs, and adjustments if needed. This helps ensure the finished work remains in top condition after project completion.
